NO.1 Agency ("NO.1", "we", "us") helps independent HVAC contractors capture and book more calls. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. If you have questions, email hello@no-one.example.

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, business name, phone, email) when you request a demo or get in touch.
  • Your phone number, if you ask our AI to call you, used only to place that requested call.
  • Call records for demo and service calls, which may be recorded and transcribed to operate and improve the service. Callers are informed that an AI assistant is handling the call.
  • Basic usage data stored in your browser (for example, which headline variant you saw) to measure and improve the site. The Missed-Call Calculator runs entirely in your browser; your inputs are not sent to us.

Text messages and call consent

If you enter your phone number to test our AI, you consent to receive an automated AI phone call from NO.1 for that demo, which may be recorded and transcribed to operate and improve the service. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing anything from NO.1. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not sell your number, and we only call numbers their owner has submitted. We keep a record of when and how this consent was given (the submitted number, timestamp, and originating IP address) so we can demonstrate that consent on request.

How we use your information

  • To place the demo call you requested and to follow up about our services.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and the AI systems.
  • To meet legal and compliance obligations, including do-not-call and AI-disclosure rules.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run the service, including a voice-AI provider for calls, an email provider for transactional messages, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing the address above. You can opt out of further contact by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
